Dirk_verbeuren

Dirk Verbeuren (born 1975, Wilrijk, Belgium) is a heavy metal drummer, most notably recognized for his work in the Swedish melodeath band, Soilwork, and the French melodeath band, Scarve. Due to his complex and precise drum work, he has been in high demand as a session drummer working with bands such as Sybreed, Lyzanxia, and Aborted. He is a permanent member of only Scarve (founding member) and of Soilwork (as of 2005) at present. He is a former member of bands such as Sublime Cadaveric Decomposition, Yrkoon, Phazm and numerous others. He uses Tama drums and Meinl Percussion cymbals. He currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio.
